Autumn Treats

There are so many beautiful things about the colors of Autumn. I just love this journal. The paper is from Italy and is just amazing!

This is another one using Italian papers.

The leaves are just beginning to change here, and though we don't get real fall weather, it is fun to pretend through creating.

My Tuesday Treasures

I wanted to share one of my favorite new treasures I found while perusing Make Mine Pink Friday a few weeks ago. I found these wonderful distressed shutters at RME Boutique. Holiday Garlands

I know we're in the midst of autumn. .

but I think I skipped it and moved straight on to
Christmas.

or hanging over mirrors. The really are petite but have such attention to detail. So is it too early to decorate? he he he

I have been searching high and low for the perfect vintage suitcase. When I find one it is either too big, too small or too expensive! Well. . .I was finally in the right place at the right time. This little beauty was perfect in every way and it makes a wonderful place to display and store my favorite goodies!

A Little Bit of Christmas

This weekend has been a busy one. It was spent mostly working on holiday items. This tussie mussie gift set is just one of the new creations available for Christmas.

I can't believe the holidays are just around the corner. Time is flying by and taking me with it!

Chippy, Old and Beautiful

I fell in love with this distressed piece I found the other day. What is it about something old looking that just draws me to it. My mind was just racing thinking of all the uses for this.

I do think it is best served as a unique desk organizer. Now the hard thing will be parting with it!

A Few New Goodies

I don't have too much to share at the moment. . I took a little break to recharge for a few days. My sweet mom/business partner celebrated her 70th birthday yesterday and we had a fun day with family, food and an amazing cake!
Today I got back to work and the two journals and inspiration board are what I came up with this afternoon. This week I will be on the lookout for a vintage desk for my "office" area. Right now everything is in one area and just too cluttered for my tastes. With any luck I will find something that needs little work and is ready to go!

My Tuesday Treasure

While Tuesday is slowly fading away I wanted to be sure and post a few new treasures before the day escaped me. These pretty little bottles are all accented with French labels and rolled vintage sheet music. The final bottle is a vintage purple glass that has been altered. I hope you took the time to today to create or find a treasure of your own!
